Q: Where does Ceylon currently ship?
A: We ship to all locations in the US, inclusive of APO/FPO/DPO. If you are based in Canada, you can find us at Bloomingdales.com. If you are in Singapore or elsewhere in Asia, you can find us at Singapore Airlines' KrisShop.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days of receipt.
Q: What are available delivery options?
A: Orders shipping to locations within the United States travel via FedEx Ground and arrive within 3 business days.
Q: Do you charge for shipping?
We charge $10 for shipping on orders under $50. Orders $50 and above ship free.
Q: I've been charged a customs fee. Will Ceylon reimburse me?
A: All customers are responsible for payment of duties and taxes related to their shipment destination.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: You’ll receive an email upon placing your order with tracking information provided at the time of shipment.
ORDERS, RETURNS, & PAYMENT
Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Q: My product is missing or arrived damaged.
A: If your order is missing or arrives damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost. You must contact our support team within 48 hours of confirmed (or expected) receipt. All shipping costs and related expenses are non-refundable.
Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, PayPal, and more.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after I've placed my order?
A: While we cannot guarantee any changes, please reach out to our support team with any requested shipping destination updates immediately. Once your order has shipped, we cannot change its destination.
Q: Is there a limit to how many of a given product I can buy?
A: There is no limit to the quantity of a product you can order at a single time. However, all purchases are intended to be for personal use only and we may follow up if we suspect that your order is not intended as such. If you are interested in becoming a distribution or retail partner with Ceylon, please reach out to our sales team.
Q: What skin types are Ceylon's products suitable for?
A: Our products are formulated with all skin types in mind, especially those with sensitive skin. If you have any specific formulation questions, please reach out to our support team.
Q: How long will it take to see improvement in my skin?
A: You'll feel great after your first use! The skin typically turns over every 4-6 weeks, so expect to see improvement in that general time frame. In the meantime, we recommend improving your diet, reducing stress, and drinking more water.
Q: Can women use Ceylon's products?
Q: I'm not a "man of color". Will any of Ceylon's products work for me?
Q: How should I store the product?
A: You should generally store Ceylon products in an indoor area that has a general temperature range of 60~90 degrees Fahrenheit. Our formulations are tested at both high and low temperatures and though you may potentially see color change, there will be no change to the safety or efficacy of the product.
Q: Do Ceylon's products have an expiry date?
A: Our products are formulated to have a shelf life of 36 months from the time of production. If you have any additional questions on this topic, please reach out to our support team.
Q: What if I have an allergic reaction?
A: We ask that our customers perform a patch test on a small area of their wrist before using the product. If you are experiencing an allergic reaction, please stop use immediately and contact our support team.
